P90X

Hello, Nw to the world. Need some serious help . Benn looking to start the program . But totally lost on the food/diet plan . based on my read here is my calculations . rmr 220x10=2200 , 220x.20%=440, rmr+bmr +600 =3240 round down for cal defecit . 3000. now how do i reach the cal , carbs, protein , fat intake .....so lost . im trying to reach 195-200 lbs. anyone been down this road ...i need help
