New Routines

I have managed to persuade my colleagues at work to help and join in with not only my weight loss but help them too.

I sit down all day and leave for work at 7am and get home at 6pm = all in the dark at the moment so exercise in the evenings is difficult except for the two Zumba classes I go to.

Next week a few of us are bringing in trainers and are going to start walking at lunchtimes - even if it is only 20 minutes it is better than sitting at the desk infront of the computer - again! We are also supporting each other with lunches and one of us is responsible for filling the fridge with salad and fruit (we all bring our own choice of protein and carbs etc) and then the next week it is someone else, so there will be less wastage and as we are responsible for others we should be able to stick to it!

New start for February and taking control! Feeling positive and sure the weight will start coming off!
