First day logging

Today is my first day logging. I just now logged my food so far, it's 3:30pm and I only have 232 calories left for the day! Should I just go over for the day and be more aware tomorrow?

    I think the answers you are going to get are going to vary a lot.

    I would say, eat a little more. You really don't want to get to the point where you are so hungry you blow the whole day downing a box of cereal or cookies. Maybe an extra 200 calories is not going to really mess up the day for you. Drink some extra water, try to walk some (so you can "eat those calories), And Most Important be more aware of what you're eating tomorrow so you don't get into this same situation again.

    It's your first day logging - you're learning!

    I try to enter all my food in the morning.
    It helps to know if I need to trim lunch or beef up dinner.
    Helps me make better choices.

    Do not psych yourself out that you've ruined anything.
