Hey, so MFP has been going well however, especially because we're in a holiday break within the semester at University I have taken to ruining my days work by really craving something unhealthy and once I get one of those "bags to share" there goes a good days work in 1000kcal worth of chocolate! When I have a whole pack of something I can't eat half and put away the rest, it goes within minutes ... then the sickly feeling kicks in half an hour later!
So my question is: Any of you who have similar lapses to myself ... are there any good alternatives for people who like to "nibble" on things? My local store in a Sainsbury's so anything that would provide satisfaction to a budgeting student would be lovely.
Grace.

I sometimes buy mini twister ice lollies. They take longer to eat so it stretches out the snack. That, or I tell myself that overpriced prepared fruit is a good treat since I haven't had to do all the slicing & dicing!0
