Modified Jumping Jacks

So I'd really like to give the 30 day shred a go but (and I don't care what Jillian says lol) I am not allowed to do jumping jacks or anything remotely bouncy at all and I don't want to risk my health so how can I do them safely? There must be some way of modifying them so they are low impact?

Thanks

Perhaps windmills? Arms straight out, lean down and touch one hand to the opposite foot, straighten up, other hand to other foot, repeat.

Slightly more impact you can try wacky jacks, which I can't really describe but will show up on a youtube search.

Just do e a really quick google using "modified jumping jacks" and one of the suggestions is to tap one foot out to the side and then bring it back to centre then do the same with the other foot. You can also do the arms as well.
I hope to makes sense, but have a look on google. I'm sure there's lots of suggestions out there.

Yeah, this is done with the low impact modifications of Turbo Fire. Arms out to the side, or straight up.

You don't have to do jumping jacks, though. You could just do anything that gets your heart rate up. Skaters would be good, and that's a move Jillian uses a lot in her videos.
