"cheat" foods that aren't

I've seen some posts about 2 ingredient "cookies" that are basically oatmeal and a banana and others about using a frozen banana for mock ice cream. I tried googling for some other ideas like this, but didn't really find anythng. Does anyone have any other ideas? I think I saw a chickpea something or other, but I can't remember what. I'm all for quick, easy, tasty, healthy ideas. Thanks!!
