Looking for motivation

I am 225 lbs and have been trying to lose weight forever, back and forth for the same 10 lbs. I started again in Last october, lost 20 lbs but lost motivation and went back to my old habbits and gained them back. I don't know why I can't stick to it.

    What do you have your goals set at? If not one pound I suggest it so you have more wriggle room and can make small changed and devolp new habits. Don't deprive yourself of food you really enjoy. Just work on self control and find little things that can help with that. One thing I have done is if a craving is really getting me and it is high in calories and zero nutional value. I hold off until I can share it. Good luck.
