Raw almonds? What can I use them for?

Options
I have 6 pounds of raw almonds. They are unpasteurized so I know I'll have to roast them, but what do you do with them? Almond butter? Milk? Just plain roasted? I need ideas please!

Almond pesto is delicious. I also like to roast them with some olive oil and smoked paprika for a snack.

Here they are being the protein in a pasta dish:

Jealous! I'd sneak them in homemade granola bars, chop them on yogurt or oatmeal or fried rice, grind for almond butter... I wonder if you could find any kind of homemade skin care product online to make...

    I want.

    Edited to add "homemade"

No need to roast them. Eat them raw, make almond milk, throw some in a smoothie, chop them and add them to a salad or yogurt.

    Make spicy Almonds:

I also use this recipe with cashews, although they are higher in fat. Awesome snack/party food.

WOw...didn't know you had to roast raw almonds... I eat them raw all the time. Pop in your mouth, put into smoothies... I sometimes put in my yogurt and fruit.

I am so addicted to almonds, almond butter, almond mild. Almonds are so wonderful! I eat them on salads with chicken, chicken encrusted with almonds are amazing. make almond butter with it, no need to add anything to it. They are so wonderful!

With 6 pounds, do everything!!
But do it fast, or keep them in the freezer. Nuts can go rancid in a month or two at room temperature.
