do you mean you were 228 3 weeks ago?

46 pounds by april is very aggressive imo - but I don't mean to discourage, keep at it!

yeah but 15 pounds isnt going to make or break you. why dont you set a 30 pound goal by the END of april, thats a little more realistic... still tough, but more realistic than 46. imo, a 20 pound goal would be very reachable!

plus, remember, that the large initial weight loss that alot of people experience in the begining is alot of water and bowel contents.

my goal is to lose 35 lbs by 1st April :) Good luck!
  • is very agressive but do the best you can and you should be happy with whatever you lose by then because you know you worked for that loss

Unrealistic goals sets up a lot of people for failure.

Eat less, move more is the key. There is no magic pill, No secret plan. No "Special" diet. No tips, clues, or hints that we can share more than this.

    hi!
we're kinda in the same exact boat! i started at 219, am now around 209 and am shooting for my old happy weight of 175, and i am 5'8''!

i have a goal to look and feel freaking fantastic for an event on April 27th. I'm going to just exercise when I can, track EVERYTHING and try my best to stay within my calorie goals, and see where it takes me. I don't expect to lose it all by then... maybe even only 20 pounds, but I know that the slower and steady way keeps it off long term.

    best of luck to you!!
