Belly Fat Be Gone!

Any tips on workouts - cardio, strength, whatever - getting rid of belly fat? I am doing kickboxing 4 days a week, and weight training 3. I am happy with the way everything is shrinking & toning but my belly seems to be the slowest. Any ideas on what I should be doing or should try?

Reducing overall bodyfat percentage is the only way. Spot reduction does not, and has never worked...though the idea has been used to sell a lot of useless crap to people. Your body will drop fat from where it wants to, in the order that it wants to.0

A super clean diet. i follow Joel Fuhrman and I feel literally anorexic but im still heavy. LOVE THE FEELING.0
