I was really awful sick with the flu and some other awful bug for weeks after Christmas and lost nearly 20 lbs.
My first goal is to lose another 20 pounds by the end of April.
I decided to take advantage of the loss by starting the No S "diet" and using MFP to track my calories and slowly started doing Walk Away the Pounds a couple times a week.
I've dropped 2 jean sizes and I'm thrilled and encouraged to keep at it.

I had a few questions and some folks on another board I'm on said the forums here were great, so here I am.
