How to count frying calories

So my lovely fiancé made fried corn fritters for dinner the other night and left me with a big container of leftovers to get through. Sigh! Bless. I've been able to enter all the ingredients but I don't know how to account for the fact they were fried. Is there a 'standard' amount of calories to add? Should I just guesstimate how much oil was used up per fritter?!
