    My goal is to not skip any days of Insanity... Not doing so good today tho...

    To lose the remaining 6 pounds that will mark my first 10 lb loss.

    To get some form of structured exercise at least four days a week.

    To walk/run/bike whatever 50 miles in February (I'm part of that challenge thread, too)

    To continue to log my calories every day

    To up my water consumption -- in just water, not tea or anything else -- to at least 10 cups per day

    To continue to forgive myself if I don't meet my calories or other goals on a given day

    - lose 4 pounds
    - strength training 3 times a week
    - cardio 2 times a week
    - body fat under 26.5%
    - eat more veggies (& find at least 2 new ones that I like)
    - hit my protein target at least 4 times a week
  • File 2011 and 2012 income taxes, GST/HST/Carbon tax credits, and gas rebates!!

    Have already lost 3 lbs this month. 12 more to go for Easter.

    Get my mile pace down by 1 full minute. Totally doable - I been slacking.
    Increase my weights (lifting) by 10-15%.

    I want to lose the next 10 lbs convincingly so I'll begin strictly following my diet plan. It's time to exercise the more important muscle there is - Willpower. Then I get to enlist in the military :D

    I lost 11lb in January and I just want to keep doing what I've been doing and enjoy the journey. I've got 23lbs to go. I also want to complete the Couch25K programme, I'm currently at the end of wk 5.

    I want to manage to maintain my healthy eating for the entire week (always a challenge!!)
    I want to speed up my cycling commute and introduce some running
    I want to see my waist getting visibly closer to my goal!!

    Maybe a little vague, but they mean a lot to me!

    - Track everyday
    - Run for 10 minutes on an incline comfortably (currently on 4 comfortable minutes)
    - Consistently hit 50% of my intake being protein each day
    - Be at a solid 182lbs (currently 184-186lbs)

    For February I really would like to lose 4lb (lb a week, thinking sensibly)
    Log everything I eat and drink, everyday, regardless if the day has been a fail.
    Do my workouts as planned.

    To weigh 135 (a 3-4lb loss from today).
    To be able to do 100 pushups before failure (right now Im at 88)
    To run a 5K in less than 30 mins
  • -Stay on top of Insanity
    -Lose five pounds? :)
    -See a loss in my measurements (this one's more important :P)
    -Continue to eat as paleo/primal as possible
    -Splurge less on almond butter and dark chocolate
    -Drink more water!!!!!
    -Maintain some control on the mid-term trip: eat healthy 80% of the time allowing for a couple treats over the 5 days.
  • My goal for February is 7 lbs. I made a goal of 5 lbs for January and lost 6! I'm also going to try increasing the amount of time that I jog this month!
  • My february goal is to slide back under 200lbs :)
