I know that's asking for a lot, but I fear I may have done something serious to it. I stayed off it for a few days then it felt better, so I took a short, light jog (as oppose to my usual p90x plyo) and it started hurting way worse then before, so I'm going to see a doctor in a few days.
However, I'm getting awfully moody and irritable without my usual endorphin fix, and I just feel like a fattie haha. I've been doing upper body circuits but I just don't seem to be able to break a sweat without getting my legs involved. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! :flowerforyou:

Wow, hey there genius
Yeah, actually, at my school, why didn't I think of that? =p0 -
I would def hit the pool, and do some good stretches beforehand, just as if you were going to run. One of the stretches I do before running is writing the alphabet with each foot. It really gets the ankle going. If I forget to do that, I get super duper angry ankles during my run.0
