In such a good mood today after seeing this and i'm only 20 weeks into my diet. Thought i'd give some people some inspiration and show how drastic you can change yourself in just a short space of time.
Before: 105KG, 231.4 Lbs
Week 20: 72Kg, 158.7 lbs
Only aiming to get down to 144lbs to be my perfect BMI so am closing in!

I just make sure to stay below what MFP says its that simple , I don't eat any special food or restrict myself. If I want a pie etc i'll eat the pie :P
I just make sure if I go over I balance it out and put the exercise in to cover it. Sitting on an exercise bike for an hour each day and watching a TV show at a decent speed can get you 780cals back, so just by doing that I am finding I am able to keep under my calories for the day.
I find by not preventing myself from eating food I enjoy I am finding it easy to stick to, and if I do have a day where I over indulge I will sit on the bike for 2 hours instead :P0 -

Wow, dude! Congrats! Seems to be the easiest way to do it. That's essentially what i have been doing and although i'm at the beginning of my journey it seems to be working for me too. Keep it up! You're almost at your goal too!0 -

Just got a cheap exercise bike and do 20km on it a day whilst watching some TV, I used to just sit on the sofa and watch em so I decided to just exercise while I do it. 520 extra cals per day without much effort0
