I agree, loosen the shoelaces.
^ This. Start with this before going to see a doctor. Feet swell during exercise. It's best to buy your athletic shoes late in the day and after exercise, and also tie your laces loosely.0 -
It could be mortons neuroma, i had the same thing but mine was not bad enough to treat. if you go to a foot dr they can check via ultrasound and if you do have it and it is causing pain you can have it treated.0

I get it on the elliptical after about 20 minutes. I always figured it was from your toes being shoved to the front of your shoe, and it makes them lose blood flow.0

This happens to me also. I asked my personal trainer friend about it and she said its either shoelaces being too tight or poor fitting shoes. I have tried loosening my laces and for walking/jogging & stationary bike it has taken care of the problem. I have not yet tried with an elliptical but will find out Friday!0
