Vegetarian diet recipe's please

Hi friends,
Can you please help me with some (successful) vegetarian weight loss recipe's.
I am a veggie since I was 12 y.o. But I am not a vegan, I still eat eggs and diary products, such as milk and cheese.
Any recommendations?

Baked sweet potatoes with black beans: Scrub 4 sweet potatoes and poke with a fork all over. Microwave on a plate for like 15 minutes or until it is soft and cooked through. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, use 2 tablespoons of olive oil to saute half a chopped onion, 2-3 cloves minced garlic, and a green pepper. Add a can of low-sodium black beans, 1-2 chopped Roma tomatoes, and cumin, chili powder, and dried oregano to taste. Cook on medium heat until heated through and tomatoes begin to break down, about ten minutes. Top each potato with 1/4 of the bean mix and a little shredded cheese or plain Greek yogurt; also good with chopped green onion!
