Dealing with Stress and/or exhaustion

Does anyone know of any good ways dealing with stress and/or exhaustion when counting the calories? I've been working two jobs averaging at 14 hours a day this week and I'm worried that calorie counting might be damaging while I'm under this much pressure. Fainted at work last night and concerned I'm pushing myself too hard, but when I'm seeing results I don't want to give up. Any suggestions?
