Friday (2/1) daily challenge

I challenge you to complete 250 squats over the span of the day. You can break them up however you want. The goal is just to get in 250 before midnight. Get creative and try some different types of squats.

I am going to try this as I do squats most days but today feeling a little under the weather so not sure if I can get them all done. SO far did 50 just got to keep pushing. Thanks for the challenge to modivate me and keep me going.0

Today is my rest day and I can't do anything cardio or with my legs... but I love squats, so I'll definitely do them tomorrow!!0
