QUEST FOR 1000 IN 5 DAYS OR LESS

hi there i am on a quest to do 1000 pushups in 5 days or less knock out my first 200 today great since i can remember only doing like 5 when i 1st started

I was always taught to NEVER work the same muscle group two days in a row that they need that one day rest to repair/build!0

well you might be right but i look at the 100 pushups and situps daily as the same as morning coffee
just thought i would try 1000 instead of 500 just a quest plus i always take weekends off0
