What is the difference between TDEE and BMR .....I have been on here about a year and trying to do this but realized I know nothing ! I got a Fitbit for Christmas and not sure what it should be set at calories wise. I have it set 500 calories over my BMR , it's this correct or should it be set at the calories MFP wants me to take in so that anything over that amount would be burned calories? Or should I be using this TDEE, which is really close to the BMR number (at least for me). If you know anything about what I should set it at , please help.
