I'm starting to wonder if I have missed something when I set up my info, Im 5' 10'' I only want to shed half a pound a week, I have a sit down job but get up and move every half hour or so, I work out most days, cardio and weights and the MFP tells me I need 1680 calories, I thought that even a basic tic over for a bloke is 2000, I have lost 7lbs overall but nothing more now for 3 weeks, should I up the calories or drop more and work out even harder?

I don't know how it is whith men, but for women the lowest you should eat is 1200 cals, otherwise your body goes into starvation mode. So I guess 1680 isn't under this. As I hear it, that's the good amount of calories you should take. Notice that when you work out you earn callories to eat0
