maybe i'm making them wrong. but it doesn't sti well with my tummy. i just started using the Chai seeds. in my salad or with scrambled egg whites and chicken and spinach. but for some reason i can't finish my plate due to feeling a little nautous. these don't have any flavour so i don't get it.
how do you use your Chai seeds?

    I just read about chai and want to try it out too. Do you buy seeds or oil? If you buy seeds do you just throm them in the blender with smoothies or let them soak in water? I don't know how to use them properly either! Sorry to piggyback off you OP but I want to know too :flowerforyou:

    i bought the seeds. i put them in water to let it "gel". i didn't feel like it was doing anything for me. it says it can help your body think it's full. i didn't get that. it has NO flavor. but something just wasn't right....

    i have added mine to overnight oatmeal, sprinkled on top of salads, put some in the crockpot w/ beef roast and veggies, protein shakes. they have never made my stomach upset so i don't know where that is coming from. keep trying, good luck w/ them!

    I cant get past chia pets and eating those seeds, nope can't do it, I dont care about the benefits

    lol me too...love tea...and love chai. chia seeds? not so much.

    do you mean chia seeds? I have some with breakfast everyday. I just sprinkle them on whatever I'm eating or blend them into my smoothie. They have no flavor at all and barely change textures of things. I can tell on days I don't have them I get hungrier sooner.
