I do HIIT 4-6 days/week and 100% wholeheartedly believe in it. Had I lost this much weight just doing cardio OR lifting... I would have never achieved both the inch loss AND conditioning that I have. I am ALLLLLL about the intervals...0

I do Sparta HIIT... I really enjoy it. It is a lot of Toning with Cario mixed in. But it is a great working out.0

There are a lot of studies out there that have shown HIIT to be more effective for weightloss than steady state cardio.0

Yeah i watched a program on BBC 2 about fitness and they had proven in the lab that HIIT training takes less time and you still get results, rather than running/cycling constantly also it heps your metabolism even when resting!!!0 -

? never heard of sparta HIIT is it for Spartans? :-)0 -
3 nights a week, 20 min HIIT sprints. I really like it. Besides running at a steady pace for a long time is boring.0
