NEW and need help!

So I am new to MFP and I am needing to know how to add an exercise. This AM I did the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and want to add it to my exercises but not sure how to do it. Any help?

    Under the cardio section, put in circuit training. That's what most people use. All exercise on the database is a guesstimate but about the closest you will get. HRM's may give a more accurate figure, but still only estimating.
