I'm wanting to add some easy yoga to my routine, but I was wondering what the best yoga dvd is out there for beginners that I should check out!

If at all possible, I'd try to get to a class or two, if you haven't done it before. The first time I tried yoga, I couldn't catch on to it at all with a dvd. I did a few classes, and with the hands on help, feel much more confident. Now I do it using an app on my ipad. Good luck and have fun!0

That sounds like a great idea! I know there is a gym near my house. If that worked better for you, I will give that a try if a dvd doesn't allow me to catch on well. Thanks :-)0
