Hi ok, so i am yet another one that is confused about how many calories i should be eating or not eating, if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be cool :)

Female - 31 yrs
6'1
329 llbs

I gym for 2 hours 7 days a week, includes cardio and weights , then swim 3/4 times a week for an hour at a time.
My BMR is 2287.9 and my TDEE is 3752.

I am currently eating around 1300 daily, and burning off around 1000 with exercise daily.

I know this seems low but there is no way i can eat 3000 cals a day and still lose weight surely??? thats what got me in this mess in the first place lol!

I have lost 5 stone already, but last 2 weeks (since ive upped my gym from 4 times a week to 7 times) i havent lost a blooming pound. i am so fraustrated, im putting in the hard work and not getting anything back for it at the moment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks! :)

If your BMR is about 2300, you need to net that many calories just to keep your body working.

For a realistic, healthy, and sustainable goal, try for TDEE minus 20%. For you, that would be 3,000 calories. I know that seems high, but you are really active. You need to give your body the fuel it needs or your metabolism will slow. If you eat at too much of a deficit, your body will burn lean mass instead of fat.
