I'm back!
I have been away for several months, but hope to get back on track.
I took my 16 year old to the doctor yesterday because he has an upper resperatory infection (IE: Cough and cold) and was shocked to see that he weighs almost as much as I do. Mind you he is about 6 inches taller than me, but still way over weight. He also has high blood pressure. Nothing so bad that the doctors are putting him on anything, but just making us aware.
Well now I have someone other than myself that needs motivation. I am determined to change my sons life for the better right now! I will set the best example.
So again I say I'M BACK!!!!!!
