My Dieting Experiences

Hi :smile: ..my name is Sarah. I have been on many diets during my life and have succeeded with many of them:smile: and failed with just as many:sad:. I am 65 years of age with several health issues and need to lose around 56.lbs to live a more healthier life and hopefully a longer life. I consider this my last chance to diet and keep off those unwanted lbs dare i :laugh: or :sad: . This year however, i have been dieting since 6/1/13 and have managed to lose 8.lbs so far, not a great deal i know. I am limited to how much and what exercises i can do, but i am trying my level best and i'm feeling quite good about myself right now. I always set myself a 7.lb target and once i reach that, i set myself another 7.lb target and so on until i reach my total target. Its always been slow going for me as i'm not agile enough with my limitations.

For all you younger people out there who are struggling try the 7.lb target then take it from there. I think its much harder to lose weight as you get older....Good Luck to you all with your diet and exercises.
