To eat chocolate to top up calories or not?

Recently I've been struggling to eat my calorie allowance, particularly on days I go to the gym/exercise. I don't feel hungry and I've cut right down on my chocolate intake but if I have a spare 200 calories do you think I should eat some snacks that may be unhealthy or is it better just to be under my goal?
My fat levels are fine but it will probably mean I go over on sugar due to eating a lot of fruit.
Any thoughts/advice would be great!
Thanks!

Hit your goal and eat whatever you want, you still have to maintain your sanity. Although I don't see a problem having chocolate as part of any diet to begin with.0

Sometimes I save my calories to indulge a little on the weekend. Sometimes I eat under and just lose them. Sometimes I get all of them in and I NEED my chocolate. I will eat a serving of Ghirardelli Chocolate Baking Chips, 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate. They are only like 5 ingredients and 80 calories for a serving. Very satisfying!! It's all up to you. Find what works best by trial and error.0
