I noticed that my calorie count get an added bonus everytime I work out. Can I stop that? It makes me think I am way under my quoted calorie comsumption then I really am.

When you workout, you ARE under your NET calorie goal. It increases your already reduced calorie goal so most people like to eat back at least some of their exercise calories1

If you want to stop it just put in calories burned as 1 for whatever exercise you do. However if you have your calories set at something like a base 1200, unless you are so completely sedentary the rest of the day it's ridiculous you probably do want to eat at least some of those calories back.1
