How can i fix my plateau? help!

I am 5'4, started at 180lb and was losing an average of 1.5-2lb a week. I am 160 now and haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks. I am doing 4.5 miles of jogging/walking 6days/week and eating 1200 a day. I know it takes time, but if there is anything i can change about what I am doing that will help me, I would rather know sooner than later!

You are not eating enough to fuel your body especially if you run that often. There are a million threads all about this same question - "search" it and you will find a million answers/suggestions. Good Luck0

Bump up your daily caloric intake by about 100-150 per day for a couple of days. Sounds scary, but it will likely jump start your loss again. Keep up the great work!0
