When i first started losing weight I was netting at only 1200 calories a day and lost 24 pounds, then stopped losing weight, so wen up to 1500 a day and lost 6 pounds and now stopped losing weight and havnt lost any weight or inches since october!
I recently started the Insanity workout program and noticed I get sooo much more hungrier throughout the day so I think maybe thats why im not losing weight anymore?
I just upped my calories for the past 2 days ive been eating about 1800. And I really hope this is the solution to my problem! Its just sooo discouraging not seeing any progress when you are working so hard :(

Do you think the problem was just needing to eat more? And does 1800 sound good? Btw i am 21, 5'2 and 190 pounds (woman) :)
