When i first started losing weight I was netting at only 1200 calories a day and lost 24 pounds, then stopped losing weight, so wen up to 1500 a day and lost 6 pounds and now stopped losing weight and havnt lost any weight or inches since october!
I recently started the Insanity workout program and noticed I get sooo much more hungrier throughout the day so I think maybe thats why im not losing weight anymore?
I just upped my calories for the past 2 days ive been eating about 1800. And I really hope this is the solution to my problem! Its just sooo discouraging not seeing any progress when you are working so hard
Do you think the problem was just needing to eat more? And does 1800 sound good? Btw i am 21, 5'2 and 190 pounds (woman)
