I try to eat healthy but i don't always get a say over what to have for tea. This was one of those days. Do you think it's really bad/ any benefits of it? i am trying to gain but i want to eat nutritious food. Also, any reveiws on the rest of the week - i mostly cooked for myself- would be great /tips etc... thanks! im worried its just un-done my 'good' day kinda thing

Your diary for today looks good - a mix of foods, fats from different sources, fruits, veggies. I would just raise 2 things to pay attention to: your protein is a bit low and I am not sure if the I can't believe it's not butter has trans-fats in it.
You cannot really 'undo' a good day as such. If you have met your macros and got a good amount of micronutrients in what you ate earlier, then a not so nutrient dense meal is fine.
ETA: the rest of the week looks good at a quick glance - but if you are trying to gain, you should not be leaving calories on the table.0
