Would Love More Support & to Be Support :)

Hi everyone, My name is Stacey. I'm a college student and I'll be graduating in less than a year. I'm trying to lose 45-50 lbs. My father has type 2 diabetes and I am at risk, I also have high blood pressure so I would like to keep that down as well. I started Dec 28th and I down 14.5 lbs already. I was shocked when I realized I'd been consuming about 4000 calories a day, especially when I hit the bar. Now I'm going to the bar for vodka clubs and a splash of cranberry. Feel free to add me on our journey to be better :)

    I have a similar story - mom has type II DM and I def want to avoid getting IR if I can!
