Busting my balls but no change in cms or kgs! Please help!

Hello! As you can see I've already lost 29 lbs since I registered here and 25 lbs before that. I have about 13 lbs left I want to lose but I've been stuck on 130-133 lbs for many months now so I decided to try harder.
Two weeks ago I started working out (muscles & cardio mix) for at least 5 days/week for 1 hour but nothing is happening. It's really frustrating. I actually gained like 2 lbs and I didn't lose any cms! This is what I normally eat; Breakfast: yoghurt, sugarfree cereal. Lunch: 1 wholegrain sandwich with cheese and salami. Dinner: Wok with quorn/soup/chicken with veggies. Snacks: almonds, nuts and fruits. I estimate my calorie intake to around 1200-1400. Am I doing it right or do I need to try even harder? I will continue and be patient as long as I know I'm on the right track. Thankful for advice! :-) /Aaliyah

    Probably need to start eating correctly to fuel your body and get those last pounds off, or else you will be stuck in your plateau.

    So are you saying I'm eating too little? But I eat when I'm hungry..
