i'm new here. i'm mainly here to track calories via my blackberry app. but once in a while i think i'll post. but anyways, im here to introduce myself. i'm 21, from ontario. (canada)..i am female. im looking to lose weight and cut sugary cravings. i really cant help but to munch out on mcdonalds when i see it. i know i shouldnt...but urges just take over and i eat. i work out. i lift 10 lb weights. im really looking to build my neck muscles and my shoulders. any excersizes you think would help me? let me know. anything from planking, to lifting the 10lbs. i used to be fairly active. the lowest weight i was ever at.. i believe to be 180. in my adult life anyways. this past summer, about six months ago, i was involved in a motor vehicle accident. i broke my neck in 5 spots. i had surgery to fix it. they split open my neck, which severed all my back muscles, and i had alot of damage done to my shoulder muscles because of dead weight that dropped on me in the accident. so its been about 6 months with no phsyio, no correct muscle building, or anything reallly. i put on 30 lbs since my accident. which isn't bad but it took me a year to lose that 60 lbs i lost before the accident. i just really really really need to start loosening and or tightening those muscles in the correct way, and to lose weight. if you have any advice please, yoga, weight liting, or at home excersizes, or foods!

i'm 21, female, looking to repair a broken neck(5 spots)and its affected muscles, lose 50 pounds, and gain some over all tone. 214 lbs looking to get to 164lbs so my bmi is in the right spot!

HI! I am Kesha and I am looking to loose the weight. I have lots of muscle which is harder to loose. I am currently 174 and I want to go down to 150. The only way I know how to do this is by starving myself, loosing the weight, and then build the muscle back. I am looking for some tips to see how to loose the weight without loosing all the muscle.
