    Fruits and Veggies every time!
  • Green pepper, onion, rice, tomatoes, lettuce, mushrooms, pasta, cheap pasta sauce, zucchini, carrots, potatoes. You can make a ton of meals with all this for less than 15 dollars.

    Some bulk dried lentils and/or peas (for soup, salads), some bulk rice, a variety veggies including a potato or two.and, money remaining, fruit to make up to $25.
