I just started seriously using MFP after the holidays, and yesterday after work my pants literally fell right off. I had to run to the store to buy a belt!

    NSV - non scale victory. Something that does not have to do with the # on your scale but with how you feel, or a certain event.

    Two NSVs this week: 1) visible collar bones; 2) legs don't rub together when I walk anymore. Yay me!
