Weight Loss Yoga!

Hey,

I'm doing The Biggest Loser: Weight Loss Yoga with Bob Harper and I'm not completely sure what to log it as on MFP, I could log it as Yoga but it's a lot more strenuous and really brings a sweat on, any ideas?

    Aerobics low impact?

    Probably a better idea, 30 minute session of normal yoga only burns about 80cal and I reckon this burns quite a bit more, low impact aerobics shows 150cal
