Yes, just watch out for added calories and sodium. No all sparkling water is just carbonated water - some look like that but have lots of other stuff added, so check the labels.0

Provided there is no sodium in the sparkling water (at least less than regular water) I wouldn't think it's an issue.0

Blimey! just looked at two different bottles, one has masses of sodium, the other says trace. didnt realise!0

Just watch out for selzer water. That can have alot of sodium. Maybe cause it's used for mixed drinks. Dont know why they add it.0
