HELP!!

Hey

Im trying to loose weight but keep failing i was wondering if anyone could help me with how to start

ive tried so much but its not working

any tips?

    If you keep starting and keep failing you simply don't want it enough!
    Read some of the success stories, weigh out and record your food intake and exercise - every, single day. Don't give up!
  • I have tried lots of diets and had success problem is when I stopped I returned to old behaviors. My Fitness Pal helps me be accountable to me by logging my foods and being honest with myself about daily caloric intake. The accountability to me is what it is going to take for me to succeed.

    I don't make excuses for my weight I know when I work 16 hour days I am not going to eat as well as I should and don't exercise. I am making a commitment to me and good health meaning I am starting out with logging food and exercise. The first two weeks have been successful.
