Enjoying It

Good Morning fellow MFP'ers

Well, here I am; Day 2 of MFP and LOVING IT. I signed up over a month ago and lost interest in it very fast, but yesterday I gave it a bit of time... ok A LOT of time (Sorry Boss) and it's really growing on me.

Yesterday, I made it through the day managing to stay under my calorie goal (Exercise helped with that) and I am feeling good. I hit the gym last night and hit it hard, I also managed to jog all the way home afterwards without needing to stop and catch my breath. I was in the mood to conquer, thats for sure! I have never been much of a jogger, but after last night I think I might add it to the list.

    I don't know how to do the blog thing, but I think I saw you'd worked it out already anyway.

    Just wanted to say, its good to see you're so enthusiastic. That's really important for sticking with it. You have to make sure you continue to like it ;)

    Yes, I figured out the blog thing. I am going to try and write something everyday and then eventually go back and have a read to see my progression. I thought it'd be interesting to see.... I'll see how it goes anyway. :-)

    I am VERY enthusiastic at the moment. This MFP thing is great!
