Leftover Calories

I just put in our dinner for tonight. Last night and tonight I will have had a lot of leftover calories. Is that bad? Will in it make my weight loss stagnate? I am going out of town tomorrow with extended family and won't have as much control over what I am eating, so should I look at it as a whole week instead?

    If I know I'm "socialising" over the weekend I try & save some calories during the week so I can have a Few drinks or a dessert at the weekend. I look at my weekly calories. It seems to be working for me, but I guess everyone's different :-)
  • Everyones body is different. Look at your week logs, how under have youve been everyday, how much over have you been everyday? During the days that you was under your goal, was you staying hungry or not? Take all that into mind. Listen to your body.
