I'm having a hard time keeping my protein UP and my fats DOWN...... When it comes to my goals.......Do any of you have advice on how I can get my proteins up and my fats down or is that impossible. Everyday it seems that my fats are the highest percentage on my Calorie Breakdown........Maybe I'm just going about this the totally incorrect way but I have my protein set at 25% my fats at 20% and Carbs at 55% -
Any tips?

Thanks much in advance

some fat is good - like in nuts, avocados - my understanding is the body needs them.

There are things like plain greek yogurt that you can mix with fruit, etc...

lean meats without the skin, vegetables -

it's the saturated fat you might want to watch...

If most of your fats are unsaturated, and you're not over your calories for the day, I wouldn't worry about it. (UNLESS it's affecting your bowel movements.)

I try to make the majority of my calories come from healthy fats and protein, and then fill in with carbs. It's worked wonders and I feel fantastic.

As others have said, healthy fats are no problem for you. One way I up my protein though is by having a big tub of 0% Greek yoghurt in the fridge and I use it to get my calorie and protein numbers up to where I need them to be.

I'm eating mostly GOOD fats.....from avacados, almonds, salmon, skinless chicken breast, olive oil etc.....it's seems to almost go hand and hand with protein so I'm hoping it's not a problem that I'm going over my goal in fats most of the time.

Ok thank you that helps me out a ton
I was unsure if the healthy fats can be a problem too.
