fructose =/= saccharose, therefore the answer is NO0

The answer is YES for calories, whilst plain old granulated sugar is obvious calorie gain, do not ignore fruit sugars, they are all the same once on your hips
Obviously eating an apple is better for your health, teeth &weight than eating a bar of chocolate, the sugars are the same in the end and should not be ignored0 -
From a calorie standpoint, yes.
From a nutrition standpoint, no.
As long as most of your sugars are coming from whole foods (fruit, vegetables, milk, etc.) don't worry about it too much. Stay within your total calorie limit and you'll be fine.0 -
From a calorie standpoint, yes.
From a nutrition standpoint, no.
^^ this
however, at the end of the day, sugar is sugar and it doesnt discriminate!0 -
Thanks for your help.0
