New Member with PCOS

Hi there, I'm a 29 year old woman with PCOS. I lost 40 pounds last year and am hoping to lose more this year, but I seem to have plateau'd. I started weight training and I see a lot of definition but no weight loss. Also, it kind of raised my testosterone, and so I'm unsure if I should continue.

Where can I find PCOS-specific help with exercise and weight loss?
