It's been a long time since I've posted anything, and I have noticed a lot of the people who have been in my group over the years have begun dropping off. So, I am looking to rebuild support from active members as I again try to change my lifestyle to not just lose weight, but to be healthy and fit. If anyone (especially in the DFW area) needs an extra push too, then lets get cracking. I only have so much self discipline, and trying to get where I need to be is going to be a monumental task to say the least. Any support or motivation would be much appreciated.
