Two Bean Greek Yogurt Dip- just in time for Superbowl

Don't knock it 'til you try it! I whipped this up in no time because I ran out of my favorite jalapeño yogurt dip from Costco. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.

Two Bean Greek Yogurt Dip

1 cup canned garbanzo beans drained
1/2 cup canned black beans drained
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon taco seasoning mix

Mash garbanzo beans with fork until as smooth as you want. Add yogurt and taco seasoning and stir well. Stir in black beans whole and enjoy. This recipe could also be changed up with other types of beans.

makes 4 1/2 cup servings.

125 calories per 1/2 cup, 20g carbs, 1g fat, 11g protein, 5g fiber
