What's YOUR weekly fitness routine?

Hi all...it's been about 2 weeks since I started using MFP again. I have lost 5lbs (yay) but I was just wondering...for your folks who are just beginning your weight loss (300lbs and up), what's your workout routine during the week? Here's mine:

MWF - Gym, 50 min on Treadmill
TuThS - Jillian Michaels 30DS
Sun - Free day

I want to add the elliptical at the gym once it starts getting easier for me to do the treadmill...

    3 days Spin classes
    7th day off

    I'm presently doing Les Mills Combat 6 days a week, I do doubles 2 days a week with adding in Running and/or Biking. I do Tai Cheng or Yoga one day. I also do a long run on Saturday or Sunday.

    All days include random accessory work. Cardio is random and whenever I don't feel like smashed *kitten* after lifting.

    Monday- Heavy deads
    Wednesday- Heavy bench
    Thursday- Light deads
    Friday- Heavy squats
    Saturday- Overhead press and either light deads or bench.
    Sunday- Either light squats, or off, depending upon how I feel.

    very similar to gallowmere but no light days for deads. 4 lifting, 2 cardio usually.
